Each order is made to order and requires time for careful preparation and packaging.

  • Processing Time: 1 business day for production before shipment.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note that production and shipping are separate processes with different timelines.

 

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global shipping providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries:
USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx.
Your order will be shipped with the carrier best suited for your destination and delivery speed.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Below are the typical delivery timeframes once your order has shipped:

4. Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or military addresses.
Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.

Tracking updates may take up to 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you experience delays or missing updates, don’t worry — most packages continue moving even if tracking isn’t immediately refreshed.
