Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy | TUISTE

At TUISTE LLC, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do.
Each personalized product is handcrafted with care, and we want every order to arrive exactly as you expected.
If something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to make it right.

 

1. Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The delivery is delayed beyond the expected time frame

  • There is a production or fulfillment error caused by us

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10–14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Replacements are shipped within 1 business day after approval, with standard delivery typically taking 3–5 business days within the U.S.

2. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, we cannot accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • Incorrect personalization details (e.g., name spelling, color, or design) were provided by the customer

  • The shipping address was incomplete or inaccurate

  • The customer changes their mind after production has started

Please double-check your personalization details and address before completing your purchase.
If you realize there’s a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@tuiste.co — we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.

 

3. Product Guarantee & Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and packaging.
All orders are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our standards.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, you will be offered a full refund or a free replacement, depending on your preference.

 

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of being placed.
To cancel an order, please email info@tuiste.co as soon as possible.

After 6 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellations might not be possible.
If your order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we’ll still do our best to help with alternative solutions.

 

5. Processing Time and Communication

All refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are processed within one business day after we receive your message.
We aim to maintain fast communication and ensure a smooth, stress-free resolution for every customer.
